Hello. I am John Goldwater, Senior Pastor of Christ Community Church. As pastor I am responsible for maintaining our God-given Motto and Mission. God desires His church to be open to everyone regardless of race, gender, age, or background. So we have made "Where Everyone Is Welcome" our Motto. God also desires that His church would bring Him honor and be filled with people growing in their relationship with Jesus Christ. So God has made "Honoring God and Leading People into a Maturing Relationship with Jesus Christ" our Mission.
Our Motto and Mission are both easily detected in the atmosphere at Christ Community. Christ Community Church is Casual about clothing but Serious about God. You will not see many suits and ties at Christ Community Church, not even on the preacher. We are not opposed to fine clothing. People wearing suits
and ties are as welcome here as everyone else. Christ Community Church IS opposed to people avoiding church because "they don't have any church clothes." We continue our casual dress atmosphere to ensure no one is hindered from coming to church because of their wardrobe.
When you come to Christ Community, you are coming to a church that simply wants to be the kind of church God wants us to be. God has not made His Gospel or His church complicated, so neither do we. We look forward to welcoming you into our fellowship as we honor God and grow in Christ together.

My name is L G Schmitz. I am one of the Associate Pastors at Christ Community Church. My major area of ministry is Maturity. It is God's desire that "we all be-come full grown in the Lord" (Eph 4:13). God has a plan for each of our lives, and we at Christ Community Church have a process to help us discover that plan. We call it our Life Development Process. The four classes listed below are the heart of that process:
* 101 Membership Class. This class helps us understand what we believe and why we are here.
* 201 Maturity Class. Helps us learn the habits necessary for spiritual growth.
* 301 Ministry Class. Helps us discover how we are shaped to serve.
* 401 Missions Class. Teaches us that sharing our faith is our life mission.
Live each day as if it were your last . . . but learn as if you will live forever.

Hello. I am Burt Schmitz the missions pastor at Christ Community Church. Each of us who believe in Jesus as Savior and Lord has been given a mission to complete. That mission is summed up in the following statement, "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age" (Matthew 28:19-20 NIV).
Here at Christ Community Church we desire to complete that mission, beginning with telling our neighbors and moving outward to the ends of the earth. Speaking as a missionary who served in Africa for fifteen years, participating with God on His mission is an incredible journey that cannot be compared to anything else.
