GOD wants every saved person to grow
Wisdom du jour and the Emperor's new clothes
The Message of the Cross Offends Because…
It's too simple,
It's conveyed through flawed folks,
It will not accept our best efforts,
It puts all it's eggs in one basket-"Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God"
GOD Can't Lose-Not at Chess or Arm Wrestling
The Message of the Cross Puts Us in CHRIST, So-
He can save sinners like us,
NOBODY gets to brag,
His mission in us will be accomplished,
JESUS Our Wisdom
JESUS Our Righteousness
JESUS Our Sanctification
JESUS Our Redemption
Everyone will glorify JESUS
